NOTE: The major differences between VBrutal and Brutal Doom DeHackEd are simply that VBrutal is more of a weapon reskin than anything else, and BD-DEH focuses on making it a bit closer to real Brutal Doom (reloading, and other minor changes). NOT DEMO-COMPATIBLE!īased off vsmooth.wad by Simon Howard (fraggle). 100% compatible with Vanilla Doom and any sourceport that supports deh files. Weapons from Brutal Doom v21 with smooth animations and similar timing, this version has no reload. Uploaded with permission by Rick ''Red'' Commandeur. What's more, the script's smart enough to tell the difference between levels from one WAD or another, so that it won't mistakenly send players to a brutalized version of a different WAD's level.TDRR. In this way, he's bringing back the Recurring Nightmare revamped levels as "brutalized" versions of the original game's levels-and with the way the script works, any IWAD or PWAD's levels can be brutalized in this way.

The Titan has no attacks (other than its every footstep causing massive Splash Damage to everything around it) but has 100,000 HP when killed, it just vanishes.

Notable because v21RC3 came out a year before Doom Eternal.

In v21 Release Candidate 3, there's a summonable (but unfinished) monster dubbed "Titan" which turns out to be a full-bodied, incredibly massive Icon of Sin.
